Electronic Claims Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems with electronic claims, please check the following:

  • Are the Member ID and the Payor ID Name and Number correct?
    If no, please correct and resubmit.
  • Do you submit your claims to a clearinghouse or a billing intermediary?
    If yes, Contact the individual or organization to whom you forward your claims.
