 Providers:  In order to continue your online access, please begin using the new site now by accessing this link. You will be required to register to update your provider information.

 Members:  If you are a member of an active plan, please access our new web site at www.fiservhealthservices.com to register for online services or to login. If you are an employee or former employee of an employer group which is no longer active with Fiserv Health, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-826-9781 for assistance with any prior claim or benefit inquiries.
